Kapit police seek help to find man missing since Aug 9
Pika Rangga was last seen in Kapit town centre at 3.50am on August 9.
KAPIT (Aug 15): Police are seeking public assistance to locate a 54-year-old man who has been missing since Aug 9 after he was last seen in the Kapit town area.
Pika Rangga, from Rumah Sura, Kerangan Bangat Ulu, Batang Rajang, was last seen at 3.50am on Aug 9 after dropping off a friend at a rented house in Kapit town centre.
He had earlier met his wife at the Kapit market on the afternoon of Aug 8 and was believed to have left for work in his purple Perodua Bezza sedan, registration number QS8054P.
Kapit police chief DSP Rohana Nanu said search efforts are ongoing and urged anyone with information – no matter how small – to come forward.
'The family is deeply concerned and we are doing all we can to locate him,' she said in a statement today.
