SANDY, Utah () — The is seeking the public's help in the search for a missing man who is considered at risk. A Silver Alert has been issued. Kenneth Kotoku, 75, was last seen when he left home around 3 p.m. on Saturday. He was last seen wearing a white shirt with a black vest, as well as blue jeans and a black U of U baseball cap. Kenneth is said to be 5'9″ tall, weigh about 150 pounds, and have white hair with brown eyes. According to police, Kenneth left home driving his silver Honda CR-V with Utah license plate V769FL. Anyone with information about Kenneth's whereabouts has been asked to call Sandy Police at 801-799-3000.
