Kerala Class 12th Result 2025 on May 22: Check HSLC results on Saphalam, keralaresults.nic.in, dhsekerala.gov.in, results.kite.kerala.gov.in

Kerala Class 12th Result 2025: The Kerala Plus Two Result 2025 is set to be declared on May 22, as confirmed by the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) earlier. The evaluation of answer scripts has already been completed, and the result will be announced tomorrow at 3 pm. According to reports, over 4.44 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 board examinations this year and are now eagerly awaiting their results. Once released, students will be able to check their Kerala Class 12 results 2025 on the official websites – and They will be required to enter their registration number and date of birth. In case students face issues accessing the result due to high website traffic, alternative digital platforms and apps have been provided to ensure a smooth result-checking process. The Kerala Plus Two result will also be accessible through the iExaMS – Kerala app, developed by the Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE). Another convenient option is the Saphalam app, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. After installation, students can log in using their roll number and date of birth to view and download their marksheets, along with subject-wise scores. These platforms offer students a reliable backup in case of slow or crashed official websites. Additionally, candidates can check their Kerala Plus Two results through SMS. To do so, they must type KERALA12 followed by a space and their roll number, then send the message to 56263. This SMS service is especially useful for students without consistent internet access. The Kerala Plus Two board examinations were held earlier this year, and as students gear up to access their scores, understanding the grading system is essential. The DHSE uses a grading system to assess student performance. A student scoring between 90 and 100 percent receives an A+ grade, while 80–89% corresponds to an A grade. Marks between 70–79% are awarded a B+, and 60–69% earns a B grade. Students scoring 50–59% are graded C+, and 40–49% receive a C. A score between 30 and 39% is considered a D+, which is the minimum passing grade. Any score below 30% is marked as a D or E, which is categorized as a fail. Students must note that the digital mark sheet provided on the day of the result will be provisional, and students are advised to save a copy for reference until they receive their official documents from their respective schools. Further updates regarding re-evaluation, supplementary exams, and admissions to higher education institutions will be available soon on the DHSE website.

Kerala introduces robotics in Class 10 textbooks for all students

Kerala has become the first state in India to introduce compulsory robotics education for all Class 10 students starting June 2, the beginning of the new academic year. This move will benefit approximately 4.3 lakh students robotics module has been added as the sixth chapter titled 'The World of Robots' in the first volume of the Class 10 ICT textbook. According to an official statement on Sunday, the chapter is designed to help students grasp foundational robotics concepts through hands-on learning. These activities include building circuits, working with sensors and actuators, and programming to control electronic Anvar Sadath, CEO of KITE (Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education) and Chairman of the ICT Textbook Committee, noted that 29,000 robotic kits have already been distributed to government and aided high schools to ensure smooth curriculum development builds on Kerala's earlier milestone of being the first to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) education at the Class 7 level. In continuation, AI modules have now been included in ICT textbooks for Classes 8, 9, and curriculum has been shaped by the practical insights gathered from the robotics training offered through the 'Little KITEs' IT club initiative. Nearly 9,924 ICT teachers have already undergone initial training for the new textbook. A dedicated robotics training program for teachers is scheduled for also plans to support unaided schools following the state syllabus with additional robotic kits, ensuring no institution is left behind. The textbooks will be available in Malayalam, English, Tamil, and Kannada to cater to students from different linguistic PTI inputs)

Robotics for Class X students to begin, 4.3L to benefit this year

T'puram: In a first, Class X students in the state will have the opportunity to learn robotics technology and engage in practical experiments starting this academic year. Around 4.3 lakh students will benefit from the pioneering scheme. The new ICT textbook for Class X, in its first volume, features the chapter titled "The World of Robots", which will enable students to discover new concepts and models in robotics through activities such as circuit construction, use of sensors and actuators and controlling electronic devices via computer programming, an official release said. The experience gained from the robotics curriculum conducted for Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) students last year further informed the introduction of robotics learning for all Class X students. Minister for general education V Sivankutty announced in March the completion of the distribution of 29,000 robotic kits by KITE to high schools for this purpose. The first activity for students in the textbook involves utilising components from the robotic kits provided to schools, such as the Arduino breadboard, IR sensor, servo motor and jumper wires, to build an automatic sanitizer dispenser that operates by detecting the presence of a hand. Subsequently, students will also create smart doors that open automatically by face recognition using AI-powered home automation systems. For this, they will use the 'Face Detection Built-in Model' within the Pictoblocks software's programming to detect faces and practise opening doors with the help of webcams on laptops and Arduino kits provided by KITE, the release added. The new robotics learning approach designed by KITE aims to assist students in solving numerous similar practical problems using innovative systems. KITE has already provided the first phase of training on the new textbook to 9,924 teachers. K Anvar Sadath, CEO of KITE and chairman of the ICT textbook committee, announced that KITE will arrange training for teachers in July solely in robotics and will make provisions to provide more robotic kits, including unaided schools following the state syllabus. The ICT textbook is being made available in Malayalam, English, Tamil and Kannada mediums.

Kerala sets national milestone by mandating robotics education for Class X students

In a historic move that sets a new benchmark for educational innovation in the country, Kerala has become the first State in the country to mandate robotics education, including hands-on experiments, for all tenth-grade students. Starting from the new academic year, over 4.3 lakh students across the State will dive into the world of robotics through a revamped ICT (Information and Communication Technology) curriculum. The new textbook for Class X includes a dedicated chapter titled 'The World of Robots', which will equip students with the skills to design circuits, use sensors and actuators, and control electronic devices through computer programming. The initiative, which is being facilitated by Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE), follows the successful introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) learning for all seventh-grade students in the previous academic year. AI learning has also been incorporated into the new ICT textbooks for Classes VIII, IX and X this year. General Education Minister V. Sivankutty had in March announced the completion of distribution of 29,000 robotic kits to high schools across the state. Each robotics kit includes components like Arduino breadboards, IR sensors, servo motors and jumper wires. Students will begin by building an automatic hand sanitiser dispenser that detects hand movement, and progress to creating AI-powered smart doors that recognise faces using the 'Face Detection Built-in Model' within the Pictoblocks software. The new robotics learning approach aims at assisting students in solving practical problems. According to KITE chief executive officer and chairman of the ICT Textbook committee, K. Anvar Sadath, the first phase of training is already complete for 9,924 teachers on the new tenth-grade ICT textbook. Training for teachers 'KITE will arrange training for teachers solely in robotics in July and will also make provisions to provide more robotic kits, including to unaided schools following the state syllabus that require them.' The ICT textbook is being made available in Malayalam, English, Tamil and Kannada.
