Housebuilder to give key workers deposit boost of up to £25,000
A housebuilder is set to give key workers a deposit boost of up to £25,000.
Barratt David Wilson Homes Southampton Division has announced it is increasing its contribution for public sector workers from £15,000 to £25,000.
This means house hunters can have a more "affordable" move.
For those using the scheme, the housebuilder will contribute £1,000 towards the deposit for every £20,000 spent on the purchase price, up to £25,000.
