Shakshak discusses technical support programs with German ambassador
The head of the Audit Bureau, Khaled Shakshak, has discussed with the German Ambassador to Libya, Ralph Tarraf, ways to strengthen mutual cooperation and activate technical and institutional support programs.
The Audit Bureau stated that the meeting addressed the Audit Bureau's role in enhancing transparency and oversight of public funds, as well as the challenges it faces under current circumstances.
The ambassador expressed his country's support for the Audit Bureau as one of the pillars of good governance in Libya.
The discussion also touched on the agreement with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), particularly concerning institutional capacity building and professional training programs aimed at enhancing the efficiency of oversight. News Tagged: Audit Bureau German ambassador
