Officials visit fighters, security personnel in Dhale' on Eid al-Adha
Dhale' – Saba: Dr. Khaled al-Hawali, Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, and Abdullatif al-Shaghdari, Acting Governor of Dhale', on Sunday inspected the conditions of fighters stationed on al-Oud front in Al-Dhale' Governorate, coinciding with Eid al-Adha. Accompanied by Deputy Minister of Civil Service Anas Sufyan, Undersecretary of the Ministry Abdullah Haider, and Deputy Chairman of the General Authority for Insurance Abdul Salam al-Kuhlani, the officials exchanged Eid greetings with the fighters and presented them with an Eid convoy. They emphasized that this visit was a minimal gesture towards the "defenders of the borders and the symbol of steadfastness," the heroes of the armed forces. Leaders and personnel of the 12th Samad Brigade expressed their gratitude, affirming their continued steadfastness against aggression. In a related tour, al-Hawali, al-Shaghdari, and their companions, joined by Brigadier General Hussein al-Hamzi, Director of Security for Dhale' governorate, also inspected the conditions of security personnel stationed at various points and locations in Damt and Juban. The visitors conveyed congratulations from the Leader of the Revolution, the President of the Supreme Political Council, and the leadership of the Ministry of Interior. Civil Service Ministry's Emergency Plan reviewed
Sana'a - Saba: Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khaled al-Hawali met on Tuesday Deputy Assistant Director of the Prime Minister's Office for Planning Affairs Ali al-Mutamayiz to review the ministry's emergency plan and projects, aligning them with leadership priorities and directives. Minister al-Hawali emphasized the ministry's commitment to national priorities and providing optimal citizen services through the implementation of a Service Delivery Guide, streamlining procedures, and ensuring agency adherence to service guidelines. He highlighted the importance of connecting public service units to the ministry's network and establishing a unified platform for transaction processing, as well as comprehensive service platforms at the governorate branch level. This aims to deliver efficient and expedited services. Al-Mutamayiz praised the Civil Service Ministry's efforts, particularly during the current phase, and the ongoing transition to institutional work and the completion of integration committees across state institutions. Prime Minister reviews level of job discipline in several ministries
Sana'a - Saba: Yemeni Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb al-Rahwi, accompanied by the Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development, Dr. Khaled al-Hawali, made an inspection visit to the Ministries of Communications and Information Technology, Electricity, Energy and Water, and Youth and Sports on the first working day after the Eid al-Fitr holiday, to assess the level of job discipline. At the Ministry of Communications, the Prime Minister praised the 98% increase in job discipline, expressing his appreciation for the efforts of employees in providing services to citizens. He also condemned the US aggression against Yemen, stressing that the Yemeni people are capable of confronting it, just as they had previously defeated the Saudi and Emirati aggression. At the Ministry of Electricity, Energy and Water, he commended the commitment of employees and their efforts in repairing facilities that had been targeted, especially in the water sector. He considered the visit an incentive to improve basic services for citizens. At the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Prime Minister reviewed the progress of work and implemented activities, focusing on the level of job discipline, expressing his appreciation for the performance of leaders and employees. For his part, the Minister of Civil Service explained that the ministry has formed 220 field teams to inspect job discipline in 843 administrative units, calling for enhanced integration into the unified human resources system to improve oversight and supervision.
