However, a lesser-known fact is that Trisha once confessed to feeling a little bad while working with the actor.
Throwback to the time, when during an interview with IndiaGlitz Telugu, the actress shared her connection with Mahesh Babu during her early days. She revealed that she had actually known him even before they stepped into the limelight as actors. She shared that they used to go to the same college in Chennai.
"When he was a college student in Chennai, we had common friends. That's how we first met. It was a simple 'hi-bye' kind of friendship then.
None of us knew we'd end up working in films together", she said.
Their casual acquaintance eventually turned into a professional relationship when they teamed up on film sets. But it was during this time that Trisha realised just how committed and hardworking Mahesh Babu truly was.
"Mahesh is a hard worker," she shared. "He would be on the set from early morning until 10 at night. I genuinely felt bad after watching his dedication." She also mentioned that she never saw the 'Guntur Kaaram' actor go back to his caravan.
Even if he's not part of the scene which is being done by other actors he would sit by the monitor, watch and learn.
On the current work front, Trisha's latest film 'Thug Life' starring
has been performing poorly at the box office.

On the other hand, Mahesh Babu is currently working with ace director SS Rajamouli on the tentatively named, 'SSMB29'. The movie is currently in production and also features international star Priyanka Chopra and Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran. Trisha was also seen in Ajith Kumar's recent hit film 'Good Bad Ugly'.
Mahesh Babu who is usually seen in clean-cut and urbane looks, now sports a rugged appearance with long, curly hair and a thick beard, a look that is quite different from his usual style. He has undergone intensive physical training for a bulky and muscular look. The movie is touted to take inspiration from Hollywood's 'Indiana Jones' film series.
