Boland show fight again on dream Currie Cup journey to down Bulls
Boland were at it again in Wellington on Sunday, turning it on when it mattered most to come back from a deficit to down the Bulls 28-20.
The Cavaliers are fast becoming the story of the 2025 Currie Cup, and this latest win sees them solidify their spot in the top four of the competition and stay on course for a semi-final berth.
Going into the last 20 minutes of the match, Boland found thesmelves 20-14 down.
Tries from Khwezi Mafu and Dayan van der Westhuizen, however, saw the hosts hit the front and they would not let that lead relinquish.
Next week Friday in Mbombela, Boland will be on the road for what is arguably a season-defining outing against the Pumas, who are also very much in the playoff mix.
Kick-off for that one is at 17:00.
