When you're adventuring with your child—whether it's a national park hike or just a sunny afternoon in the neighborhood—the last thing you want to worry about is whether your gear is safe. When it comes to baby gear, there's no room for 'maybe.' The recall includes about 5,080 units sold in the U.S. between March 2023 and March 2025. These carriers were available at major outdoor retailers including REI, Bass Pro Shops, and through online outlets like and priced between $240 and $370.
