While Jake Weary has been turning heads for years, the actor's latest gig onThe Waterfront has piqued interest in the 35-year-old hottie.
While Cane followed in the Buckley Family business of fish and criminal activity, Weary also followed in his family business of acting and soap operas; Weary's father has been directing in Hollywood for decades, while his mom is beloved in the soap Light legend is Weary's mom. Soap fans know her best as Reva Shayne from the hit CBS series, a character she spent two decades playing.
When Guiding Light wrapped its run in 2009, Zimmer returned to One Life to Live, where she got her soap start, as Echo DiSavoy.
The beloved soap icon also went on to appear with her Guiding Light co-star Crystal Chappell in the web series Venice.
Weary's father, A.C. Weary, also directed soaps, including the soaps his famous mom starred in. The Waterfront hunk got his start on soaps, appearing in As The World Turns as Luke, the son of super couple Lily (Martha Byrne) and Holden (Jon Hensley).
In 2023, Zimmer and Weary starred together in the movie You Sing Louder, I Sing Louder with Ewan McGregor.
Along with The Waterfront, Weary is best known for his roles on Animal Kingdom and The Walking Dead: Dead City.
