How to beat the Roaring Knight secret boss fight in Deltarune Chapter 3
(Image via YouTube/Kippy) In Deltarune Chapter 3, the secret boss, the Roaring Knight, takes one of the most brutal tests of players yet. The tough challenge appears near the chapter's climax after the Teena boss fight. Here, the formidable foe can decimate the unprepared players, ending the fight in just seconds. This is why moving ahead with proper strategy, sharp reflexes, and the right gear is quite important. Do not expect a fair fight without the right tactics and tools. Here is how to defeat Roaring Knight, and claim victory with rewards. Prepare to master Roaring Knight fight Forget winning over the Roaring Knight without a Shadow Mantle armor—essential armor that helps to reduce the incoming damage. Ensure to equip it on the Susie (high attack power and HP) right before you trigger an encounter that starts after Teena boss fight. Meanwhile, Ralsei and Kris can focus on the support by using the buffs and healing items. — Project_CH_a_IN (@Project_CH_a_IN) Note : To get the Shadow Mantle armor, you must have achieved S Rank in the Board sections (both) of Chapter 3 apart from completing a series of mini-games and defeating the mini-boss of Shadow Mantle. The Knight will unleash relentless attacks, demanding your perfect reactions. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với mức chênh lệch giá thấp nhất IC Markets Đăng ký Undo The basic slash is quite manageable, too, as it's slow and easily avoidable; just dodge sideways. Ice Crystal Barrage (low but fast damage), though, needs diagonal dodging between the projectiles. Just ensure to be sharp. The real threats in the fight are the devastating special moves of the Knight. Gaster Sword Blasters can give a near-instant death if you mistime the dodge. So, anticipate it. Lemonbread Slash, on the other hand, hits quite fast and hard. It leaves very little room for any error—block if it's possible. The worst remains the Sworrd's Dance. Consider it to be an almost (not completely) impossible attack that cannot be dodged. So, plan healing beforehand. The singular goal at the end must be to deal damage that's equivalent to 25% of the massive health pool. Essential gear for battling Roaring Knight in Deltarune Chapter 3 DELTARUNE Chapter 3 - How to BEAT Roaring Knight BOSS & Get Shadow Crystal Proper equipment remains non-negotiable when fighting Roaring Knight. For the ideal setup, equip Susie with Shadow Mantle, Toxic Axe, and Jevilstail; Kris with Twin Ribbon, Spikeband, and Saber10 sword; Ralsei with Twin Ribbon, Flex Scarf, and Dealmaker. The setup will help to maximize Susie's frontline damage and survival while Ralsei and Kris continue to offer some crucial support, healing, and even status effects. Note : Ralsei excels in healing. Keep the focus on Susie's offense while leveraging the character's boosted defense from Mantle. Kris, on the other hand, must balance the attacks with the right item use or even healing when Ralsei gets overwhelmed. The priority of Ralsei is to keep all alive, especially after the heavy hits by the Roaring Knight. Deltarune rewards to beat Roaring Knight Overcoming the monumental challenge will yield some exceptional rewards. During the fight, Susie knocks the shard from the Knight's blade. Make sure to pick up Shadow Crystal. Once you win, you will also receive a powerful Black Shard weapon. It's for Kris. The blade proves quite effective against the dark element of the enemies that are encountered later on. Roaring Knight is the ultimate skill check of players in Deltarune Chapter 3. Make sure to secure Shadow Mantle and then gear up precisely. Do not forget to memorize the attack pattern. It will let you execute the strategy flawlessly. The fight might be brutal, but with the correct timing and the right gear, it's unbeatable. So, do not forget to save before you attempt, and do not hesitate to retry if anything goes wrong.

Friends remember Coronado house fire victim, Bob Kipperman
SAN DIEGO (FOX /KUSI) — After the victim of a Coronado house fire Friday afternoon was identified, his lifelong friends shared memories of the man they knew simply as 'Kippy.' Bob Kipperman, known as 'Kippy' to those in his close circle, died last Friday when his home in the 1400 block of 6th Street went up in flames. 'I didn't think much about the fire, but when I found out Bob Kipperman had passed away in the fire, I was devastated like almost everyone I know,' said Paul Plum, one of his lifelong friends and a retired U.S. Navy SEAL. 'It was an incredible thing. Who dies in fires? Certainly not your friends and certainly not someone as nice as Bob is.' RELATED: At least one person dead in Coronado house fire: SDFD Wayne Strickland, a retired Coronado firefighter, was away on an RV trip when he heard about the incident and could not believe it was Kippy who had passed away. Kipperman was a known face on Coronado Island. His family owned and operated Kippy's, a local store on Orange Avenue that sold fashionable clothing such as jackets, button-downs and evening wear. It's been closed for about a decade, but it's how Kippy got his nickname, 'The King of Bling.' 'One of his belts was displayed at a halftime Super Bowl show and it was the girl, Madonna,' said Dr. John Morton, another one of Kippy's friends. 'That was a huge thing.' Twenty years ago, he was also the founding member of the Island Beer Club, a group of people who gathered to discuss current events over a cold beverage, most often in an alley behind someone's house on Wednesday afternoons. 'He was a great asset to Coronado and will truly be missed by all,' said Strickland. Although Kippy is gone, his memory lives on through the lives of many people he has built a friendship with over the years. A date for a memorial in his honor has yet to be announced. As of Monday, the cause of the fire is still under investigation. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten, or redistributed.
