Taking to her Instagram Stories on Monday, Kylie Jenner showed a glimpse of her suitcase, left open to show the contents inside. One can clearly see the colour-coordinated clothes and caps, all in orange, blue, silver, and black. Her handbag is the correct shade of bright blue and seems to go very well with her other outfits. A blue and orange Knicks cap is also seen. A black T-shirt with 'Knicks' written on it and a white one with the team's logo are also visible. The heels are white and are part of the luggage, which also includes a pair of black denims. According to a report, Jenner has collaborated with the luxury lingerie line Fleur Du Mal to launch a limited-edition lingerie set in blue and orange. New York fan Brandon Soler is showing his love for the Big Apple hoops squad Friday by permanently etching a blue and orange team logo tattoo into his shin — and he's just one of many hoops-lovers flocking to city artists to get some team ink, as the Knicks continue to make their deep title run. 'It's New York and the Knicks – I also wanted to represent New York as a whole, where I'm from,' the 45-year-old Bronx man told The Post. A rep for Live By The Sword, a tattoo shop with locations in Union Square, Williamsburg and Soho, similarly reported a surge in Knicks ink – and even dropped a 'flash' sheet of ready-made designs on April 25. 'We definitely have had a lot of interest in the Knicks designs,' a rep for the studio told The Post, adding that the flash sheet was shared among local ink lovers nearly 500 times online. Advertisement Avalos, a longtime Brooklynite and Long Island native, told The Post that he notices a spike in New York sports team-related tattoos, unsurprisingly, when a team does well — and recalls a surge in Yankees-related tattoos during the Bronx Bombers' World Series streak in the early 2000s. 'The Yankees, I remember, they had a really good era of being champions,' he said, 'so imagine just growing up in New York and going to Yankee Stadium and seeing your home team win: It gave you a lot of pride for the city. 'I think sports tattoos are super important, it gives people the sense of pride of being a New Yorker [and] ownership of this city,' he added — though the Knicks ink may not be limited to just New Yorkers for long. The Knicks are hosting a free block party right outside of MSG tonight
The Knicks are throwing down outside The Garden tonight—and you're invited. To hype up Game 5 of Round 1 in the NBA Playoffs, the team is hosting a free block party at Knicks Plaza at Plaza33 (that's 33rd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues), just steps from Madison Square Garden. The celebration tips off at 5:30pm with Knicks-themed activities, games and fan experiences. Expect a street party vibe complete with a DJ, giveaways and plenty of face-painted superfans. Then, settle in at 7pm for the main event: a giant outdoor watch party presented by Spectrum, where you can catch every playoff action surrounded by fellow orange-and-blue faithful. Before the game gets underway, fans can hit up the Fan Plaza Presented by Dunkin', where they'll get to partake in meet-and-greets and perhaps even chat with Knicks alumni, plus experience a vertical jump challenge, a dunk contest on the Knicks Crosstown Express Bus (yes, that's a real thing) and photo ops galore. There'll be giveaways and free samples from Dunkin', plus prizes, games and live hosting to keep the energy high. The Knicks haven't said which alumni are showing up, but with the playoffs heating up, you can bet there'll be some big names swinging through. No ticket is required: just bring your Knicks pride and show up early to grab a good spot. Whether you're watching the game inside MSG or outside with the crowd, it's a perfect night to be a New York fan. It helps that it's absolutely beautiful out, weather-wise.
