Turkey's OneIngage expands to MENA with Dubai launch
OneIngage, a next-generation marketing, media and technology company backed by Turkey's largest and longest-standing conglomerate, Koç Group, has officially launched its regional hub in Dubai.
With deep roots in digital marketing, OneIngage brings MENA its ability to blend creativity, data, and technology into a fully integrated service offering.
From strategic planning and media activation to content creation, customer experience, and martech enablement, the company aims to deliver end-to-end solutions designed to grow brands with speed and precision.
OneIngage claims this launch is part of the company's broader international growth plans and has strategically chosen the UAE to enter the region as it stands as one of the world's most dynamic digital economies. Powered by Koç Group's 99-year legacy of business, OneIngage aims to build a scalable foundation for long-term value creation in the region with this launch.
Serhan Turfan, CEO of KoçZer and Board Member of OneIngage, said the move to Dubai aims to reflect more than just a physical presence, but also shape a new mindset in the way marketing works.
'Dubai represents more than expansion – it's a mindset shift in how marketing should evolve,' Turfan said. 'We see it as a gateway to bold thinking and scalable impact. With the right people, structure, and ambition, we're setting the foundation for a new way of working that delivers real value.'
OneIngage claims to have grown into a trusted growth partner for clients across industries such as tourism, financial services, retail, e-commerce, and automotive – consistently blending data, creativity, and technology to generate measurable business outcomes.
Pınar Ercan Tursun, CEO and Board Member of OneIngage, said he views this new chapter as a continuation of what the company has been building for years. 'Turkey shaped us to move fast, stay agile, and focus on outcomes,' she said. 'We're bringing that same energy and mindset to the UAE and MENA – adapted to local nuances and business needs.'
On the ground in Dubai, operations will be led by Kerem Emre Akarlar, Managing Director of OneIngage MENA, who brings in-depth regional expertise to the role.
Akarlar's career spans over two decades at the intersection of marketing, media, and business transformation. He built and led cross-functional teams, launched award-winning campaigns, and delivered commercial success for global and regional brands. Akarlar previously served in senior positions at ITP Media Group.
'Our goal is to elevate what works by blending local relevance with our core strengths,' Akarlar said. 'At OneIngage, we merge performance-driven marketing with technology-based creative content and data driven decisions.'
As part of its market rollout, OneIngage participated in Seamless Middle East 2025, held from May 20 to 22 at Dubai World Trade Centre. The agency leveraged the roadshow to highlight its services in media, creative and technology.
