A person connected to the development told Pinkvilla that the movie's pre-production has already started. The source revealed, 'Multiple meetings have already taken place between Sanju and Sohail, and the duo are all excited to collaborate on this script. It features Sanjay Dutt in a larger-than-life avatar." The person went on to share more information about this two-hero movie, saying, 'Aayush Sharma will have a boy-next-door look, different from the larger-than-life presence of Sanjay Dutt in this yet-untitled comedy. Sohail and his team are looking to take the film on floors in the second half of 2025 and are presently busy with pre-production. It's a film made to today's sensibilities, as the comedy is touted to be situational. The film has undertones of a gangster genre and is set in Punjab." Shedding light on his personal life, Sohail Khan married his ex-wife Seema Sajdeh in 1998. After welcoming two sons, Nirvaan and Yohan, they separated in 2022. 1. Githanjali Githanjali is an 2014 Indian Telugu- language comedy horror film which is family- friendly and extremely funny, the ghosts might be little bluish too. But trust me you won't be scared at all. 2. Raj Mahal Raj Mahal which translates to Royal Palace is a South Indian horror movie which has two sequels, it has a lot of slapstick comedy it somewhat is similar to chandramukhi but the story isn't. So have a watch. 3. Kakuda Kakuda is a hindi- language horror film, the same director from Munjya. It is neither funny nor scary but it's kind of watchable. 4. Krishna Cottage Krishna Cottage is a hindi-language supernatural horror film, well it convinced me that horror does blend with romance after watching this film. It's not at all scary but a bit romantic. 5. Bhool Bhulaiyaa Bhool Bhulaiya is a hindi- language horror movie and its one my favorite movies, it blends horror and comedy so well. You won't get bored even if you rewatch it many times. It's genius comedic timing makes it more watchable, also the actors were amazing especially Akshay Kumar. 6. Anando Brahma Anando Brahma is a Indian Telugu-language comedy horror film remake of Petromax. The unusual tone of the film is funny and cringe too. It's a comical adaptation of kaanchana series. 7. Bhoot Police Bhoot Police which translate to Ghost Police is a hindi language horror comedy, a fun ride through forests and frights. But the last part was a bit emotional tho ( no spoilers). There's no plot perfection or logic just a good entertainment movie. 8. Raju Gari Gadhi Raju Gari Gadhi which translate into King's Bedroom is a Indian Telegu-language horror comedy film, it is hilarious and kind of cringe. It has two sequel as well and comedy too. 9. Bhoothnath One of my childhood horror movie, it is a hindi language simple yet heartfelt and poignant film, although horror is genre that is meant to be scary but this was so something that it's still relevant ( you'll know why I said this). 10. Stree 2 Well Stree was mysterious and scary but Stree 2 was so predictable and easy to watch film. Stree 2 is hindi language horror comedy movie which is very popular and a blockbuster hit. The headless guy looked so funny to be honest. But the message they conveyed was more important, you'll that when you watch

Sohail Khan rents out Bandra shop, set to earn over Rs 10 crore: Deets inside
Bollywood actor Sohail Khan has recently signed a major commercial property deal in Mumbai's upscale Bandra area. Reportedly, he has rented out a shop space to The Irish House Food and Beverages Private Limited, and this deal is expected to earn him more than Rs 10 crore over five years. The rental agreement As per documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Sohail has leased out a shop in Gasper Enclave, Bandra. The shop has a built-up area of 1,290.57 sq. ft. and comes with a rental agreement that spans 60 months. The agreement was signed with a security deposit of Rs 60 lakh. Additionally, the paperwork mentions a stamp duty of Rs 2.67 lakh and registration charges of Rs 1,000. Monthly rent to increase over time According to real estate platform Square Yards, the lease comes with a planned rent increase. For the first 36 months, the rent is set at Rs 16.89 lakh per month. After that, for the final 24 months, the rent will go up to Rs 17.73 lakh per month. Altogether, the total income Sohail Khan is set to earn from this deal is estimated to be around Rs 10.3 crore. Interestingly, the documents also reveal that the actor had purchased the same property back in April 2009 for Rs 3.11 crore. Sohail is the son of famous screenwriter Salim Khan and Salma Khan . While he may not have matched the box-office success of his elder brother Salman Khan , Sohail has acted in and produced several films over the years. His acting credits include films like 'Krishna Cottage', 'Tubelight', 'Fight Club – Members Only', 'God Tussi Great Ho', 'Veer', 'Hello', 'Heroes', and 'Main Aurr Mrs Khanna'.
