Facilities management and manpower services company Krystal Integrated Services (KISL) on Friday said it has bagged orders worth around Rs 84 crore from Airport Authority of India and two other entities. KISL has secured a significant three-year contract worth Rs 20.26 crore from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) for the new terminal building of Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport in Patna, the company said in a statement. These contracts will help the company to further strengthen its foothold in the manpower services sector," KISL said. The duration of these two contracts, which fall under the manpower services category, is three years. Live Events KISL had reported an 18.67 per cent growth in sales to Rs 1,213 crore in the year ended March 2025 against Rs 1,022 crore during FY24. Its net profit was Rs 63 crore in FY25 compared to Rs 49 crore in FY24.

Krystal Integrated Services announced that it has secured Rs 31.55 crore contract to provide attendant manpower services for the Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation (MMMOCL). According to an exchange filing, the three-year agreement covers attendant manpower services at metro stations on Mumbai Metro Lines 2A, 2B, 7, 9, and upcoming metro lines. Sanjay Dighe, CEO and whole-time director of Krystal Integrated Services said, The metro project is a matter of prestige for us and a testament to Krystals pool of professionals skilled at managing large-scale infrastructure and public service projects. Krystal was recently awarded a two-year housekeeping services order for Lines 2A and 7 for upkeep of trains, depots, receiving substations (RSS), and simulator buildings. The company manages the countrys infrastructure and industrial complexes, including healthcare, education, public administration, airports, railways, metro systems, retail, aviation and infrastructure complexes. Additionally, Krystal is emerging as a significant player in the waste management sector, specializing in solid and liquid waste management as well as operations and maintenance (O&M) services. Krystal Integrated Services is mainly in the business of Providing Facilities Management Services, Security Agency Services, Housekeeping Services, etc. The companys consolidated net profit rose 8.1% to Rs 11.85 crore on 41.4% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 413.10 crore in Q4 FY25 over Q4 FY24. The scrip rose 0.26% to Rs 668 on the BSE.

On July 8, 2025, Krystal secured a contract with MMMOCL to supply station attendants for Mumbai Metro Stations along Lines 2A, 2B, 7, 9, and for other forthcoming metro routes. The total worth of this contract is around Rs. 31.55 crore, with a duration of three years. On July 2, 2025, the company successfully obtained a contract from MTDC to offer highly skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower services at various MTDC sites throughout Maharashtra. Like the first, this contract also spans three years and is valued at about Rs. 32.38 crore. This initiative supports MTDC's larger objective of improving tourism infrastructure and operational efficiency within the state. Both contracts are categorized under manpower services and underscore the company's ongoing commitment to enhancing vital urban and public services.
