Shaheer Sheikh recalls having ‘sleepless nights' over concern for family in Jammu amid the India-Pakistan conflict; says, 'I can only imagine what the families…'
After Aly Goni and Samay Raina, TV star Shaheer Sheikh penned down a heartfelt note, recalling his worries for his parents in Jammu and Kashmir amid the India-Pakistan conflict . He took to his Instagram handle and recalled having sleepless nights over the same. He further expressed his gratitude for the Indian Army . Shaheer took to Instagram and wrote, 'Eternally indebted to our armed forces! My mother and sister are in Jammu… and the attacks gave us all sleepless nights. But to see the precision, swiftness and bravery with which our forces responded is remarkable. I can only imagine what the families of a soldier go through when their 'own' is on the frontline. Hats off to the soldiers, hats off to their families.' He further thanked the Indian Army and said, 'This bravery on and outside of the battlefield is what keeps our country and its countrymen safe. My sincere condolences to the people who lost their loved ones in these trying times. Jai Hind.' Fans on social media reacted to the same while praising the Indian Army as well. My whole family, children, and parents face the terror of drones and unrest, yet some people glorify this war from the comfort of their homes, posting on social media. It's not that easy for those near the border. Thanks to our IAF and Indian Army. Praying for safety and peace.'
