Genshin Impact's Song of the Welkin Moon web event reveals full Nod-Krai map: Fatui labs, secret guilds, danger zones, and more
Genshin Impact's upcoming region, Nod-Krai, has finally been teased through the new Song of the Welkin Moon web event. The web event was launched on July 23, 2025. It is now available on Genshin Impact's official website.
For the first time, fans got a full view of Nod-Krai's map, along with the names and locations of the major islands, towns, and organisations that rule the land. From shady Fatui experiments to hopeful traders gathering in a busy port, the new region looks full of stories waiting to unfold. Players can also grab some free Primogems by checking out the event in-game.
Paha Isle: Fatui's base of operations
The northernmost island in Nod-Krai is Paha Isle. This is where the Fatui have set up the Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau. It's a secret lab where shady research is happening. Many believe this will be one of the darker storylines in the new update.

Hiisi Island and the Frostmoon Scions
To the southwest lies Hiisi Island. This island is home to the Frostmoon Scions, an isolated group that lived in peace until the Fatui arrived. Now, tensions are rising, especially since the Fatui are using Columbina for their own goals.
Nasha Town: A land of dreams and danger
Nasha Town sits in the southeast and is known as the busiest port in Nod-Krai. It's said to be a paradise where dreams come true, if you can pay the price. The guild here takes commissions, but they are known to be much riskier than elsewhere.
Blue Amber Lake and the airship wreck
In the east is Blue Amber Lake, one of Nod-Krai's most beautiful spots. On its shores, an old damaged airship sits with a small camp nearby. It looks peaceful, but could be hiding secrets connected to Nod-Krai's deeper story.

Web event rewards
Players who join the 'Song of the Welkin Moon' web event can earn 40 Primogems and other in-game items. It's a good way to explore the map early and get some rewards before the region officially drops.
