1. Sol Restaurant
Sol Restaurant in Central's multi-venue Solstice Culinary Space is helmed by chefs Kim Gwan-ju, who boasts stints at
Singapore's three-Michelin-starred Odette and Seoul's L'Amant Secret, and Kylie Yang, who has worked at
three-Michelin-starred Mingles in Seoul and one-Michelin-starred Alma in Singapore.
This sleek, modern eatery presents Korean flavours with a French twist and Hong Kong sensibilities.
The tasting menu features dishes such as Jeju abalone seared in brown butter, served with seaweed, bamboo shoots and mussel beurre blanc; and gyeran jjim, or Korean-style steamed egg, elevated with mushroom sabayon, sherry vinegar gel and pine nut sauce.
