PSG See £40M-Rated Aston Villa Target as Ideal Replacement for Man Utd-Linked Star
PSG are dealing with increasing uncertainty in goal, and LOSC Lille's Lucas Chevalier has emerged as a possible long-term solution. The 23-year-old French goalkeeper is drawing strong interest with the summer transfer window in full swing. Gianluigi Donnarumma is still under contract through 2026, but a series of high-profile errors has cast doubt on his future. While he's delivered in big moments—particularly in Champions League clashes with Liverpool, Aston Villa, and Arsenal—his overall consistency remains a concern. Despite the ongoing uncertainty, ESPN FC reported that Donnarumma wants to remain in Paris, though Manchester United and Inter Milan are closely monitoring his situation. Will Gianluigi Donnarumma leave PSG?According to L'Équipe, Chevalier could be an option for PSG if Donnarumma doesn't sign a new deal. PSG sporting advisor Luis Campos sees the French goalkeeper as an ideal replacement should the Italian move on. That said, Chevalier is happy at Lille and isn't in a hurry to leave, with a contract extension also still on the table. ESPN recently reported that Aston Villa have reached out to LOSC Lille about a potential move for Chevalier. The Frenchman is considered a possible replacement for Emiliano Martínez, who is exploring a move away from the club. The young goalkeeper impressed last season, particularly in the Champions League, and has been with Lille since the age of 10. Lille are said to be asking for around £40 million. PSG are also keeping an eye on Chevalier and view him as a backup option if they're unable to agree to a contract extension with Donnarumma.

French side Lille interested in Rangers forward Hamza Igamane
French side LOSC Lille are interested in signing Rangers forward Hamza Igamane. The Ligue 1 club have spoken with the 22-year-old's representatives to register their interest. But they have yet to make an official approach to Rangers for the Morocco international who scored 16 goals in 46 appearances last season. Igamane moved to Glasgow from AS Far in his homeland a year ago after being signed for £1.7m by former manager Philippe Clement. He was one of the club's top performers in what was an otherwise disappointing season for Rangers, scoring 12 in the league, including a late winner against Celtic at Parkhead, and four in Europe. Lille finished fifth in the French top-flight last season. Angel Gomes to leave Lille this summer on free transfer
Angel Gomes has announced that he is leaving Lille this summer in a development that is set to spark the interest of a number of Premier League clubs. The England midfielder announced in a statement on his Instagram account that his four-year stay with the Ligue 1 club has come to an end. It means the 24-year-old, who made three appearances for England under interim manager Lee Carsley last year, will become available on a free transfer. Gomes wrote: 'After four unforgettable years at LOSC Lille, it's time for me to say goodbye. 'This club has been more than just a team — it's been a family, a home, and a place that has shaped me both on and off the pitch. 'Like any journey, there were ups and downs, highs and lows, but I'm truly grateful to my team-mates and the fans for sticking with me throughout.' London-born Gomes joined Lille from Manchester United in 2020, and spent his first season on loan at Portuguese club Boavista before establishing himself under former coach Paulo Fonseca.
