Bethenny Frankel has quietly sold her 282-year-old Connecticut home for a tidy profit. An off-market sale, facilitated by Jeff Jackson of Corcoran Centric Realty, the deal saw Frankel's gated Greenwich compound change hands for $7.82 million, according to a release sent Tuesday. The Bravo star announced her Floridian flight in April to her millions of social media followers. Frankel quickly began shopping around her Connecticut home to a 'select group of family and friends,' a week later, Page Six reported, seeking $8 million for the pad. The 3.05-acre property, known as Applejack Farm, was built in 1743, during colonial times. Architectural Digest reported that Frankel added her own contemporary touches, including sleek kitchen upgrades and patterned wallpapers.
