Outlander star 'broken' after giving birth to first child in emotional update
Outlander will be returning for its eighth and final season in early 2026, with its prequel Outlander: Blood of My Blood set to premiere this week.
An Outlander star has shared that she has welcomed her first child, candidly admitting that she is "broken" after giving birth.
Laoghaire MacKenzie (played by Nell Hudson) hadn't been seen in Starz and MGM+ 's romantic time travelling drama since season four but made a brief appearance in the seventh outing last year.
As Outlander officially comes to an end though, Hudson will once again be reprising her role as the strong-willed, and often vengeful, character, one last time when the drama returns for its last series in early 2026.
While fans are getting excited about the final episodes, actress Hudson has had a lot going on in her personal life as she has now welcomed her first child into the world with husband and producer Max King.
But going by the star's Instagram post, it doesn't sound like it was the easiest experience giving birth.
