Soap star and horror film legend Lar Park Lincoln dies aged 63
Lar Park-Lincoln, a star from American soap Knots Landing, has died at the age of 63. The star played the character of Linda Fairgate in the show on and off from 1987 through to 1991. Shortly before she joined the soap, Lar became a cast member of horror film Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood. She portrayed a woman with telekinesis, who went up against Jason Voorhees. Across her incredible career, Lar was also a guest star on Murder, She Wrote, and often featured on the home shopping channel QVC. Her cause of death remains undisclosed, with her dead being announced by the Actors Audition Studios on Thursday.
