Lasith Malinga, one of the most iconic figures in IPL history, previously held the record with 170 wickets for Mumbai Indians. The Sri Lankan fast-bowling legend achieved the feat over 122 matches during a successful decade-long stint with the franchise. Bumrah's rise to the top has been marked by relentless consistency and excellence with the ball. Known for his deadly yorkers and calmness under pressure, he has become the cornerstone of Mumbai's bowling attack since making his IPL debut. Veteran Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh was another vital cog in the Mumbai Indians setup during the team's formative years. Over the course of ten seasons, Singh picked up 127 wickets for the franchise.
