Teen motorcyclist hospitalised with serious injuries after crash
A TEENAGE motorcyclist suffered serious following a crash in Christchurch.
Dorset Police received a report of a collision involving a blue Jaguar F-PACE and a blue motorbike in Barrack Road at around 6.40pm on Saturday, August 16
Emergency services attended and the rider of the motorbike, a 16-year-old boy, was taken to hospital with injuries believed to be serious but not life-threatening or life-changing.
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward following the incident.
Police constable Lauren Hobkirk, of the Roads Policing Team, said: 'We are carrying out enquiries as we seek to establish the full circumstances of this collision and I would urge any witnesses to please make contact with us.
'I am also keen to hear from anyone who was driving in the vicinity and may have captured relevant dashcam footage, as well as anyone who saw the manner of driving or riding of the vehicles involved in the moments leading up to the collision.'
