Even its bread course demonstrates what a fine-tuned operation Jeff's Cellar runs. The restaurant's sourdough is leavened by a bread starter the establishment has kept fed for half a decade, ensuring a perfect contrast between pillowy, tangy interior and crisp crust.
To make the dish even more of a standout, it is then served with Bario salt from Sarawak and Tuscan olive oil.
