Barry is joined in this episode by Chariot Corporation (ASX:CC9) managing director Shanthar Pathmanathan, following a transformational acquisition for the company.
Chariot announced last week it picked up a majority stake in a portfolio of hard rock lithium projects in Nigeria.
The company will secure a 66.7% interest in the "highly prospective" grounds spanning more than 250sq km.
