Whenever I have time, I love heading over to the LeopardsAteMyFace subreddit, where people often share screenshots of Trump supporters realizing that their votes indeed have consequences. Here are some of the best posts from the past couple weeks, with MAGA freaking out about everything from the Iran bombing to deportations: This person who voted for Trump three times and is now worried about the "complete destruction of the small independent family farms and cattle ranches": This person who voted for "ZERO WARS!!!" just for the Trump administration to bomb Iran: Filmmaker and actor Justine Bateman who asked Trump to reconsider selling "irreplaceable American wilderness"... ...when last year, she celebrated Trump's win: This deeply racist person who's upset because they specifically want more Nigerians to be deported (!!!): This person who is "getting hit with tariffs everywhere": This account called Gays for Trump doing the shocked Pikachu face at the Trump administration's anti-LGBTQ+ actions (during Pride Month, no less): This person who "might have fucked up" because their construction company isn't getting much done: This person who admitted they were "wrong about Trump" and listed a bunch of stuff Democrats warned everyone about: This person who's "pissed" none of things they voted for actually happened: This person who thought Trump would only deport undocumented immigrants with felonies: This person who apparently voted for Trump based on tweets from 2011–13 and ignored everything after that: This person who only cared about cheaper prices and — shocker! — saw prices go up: And finally, this person who suddenly cares about human rights now that their grandfather was taken by ICE:

People Are Telling This Trump Voter To "Pull Up Her Bootstraps" After She Complained About Possibly Losing Government Housing Benefits
Another day, another regretful Trump voter getting roasted on the internet. In the r/LeopardsAteMyFace subreddit, user u/MoreMotivation shared a truly absurd exchange between two MAGA supporters. Everything started when someone tweeted about the Trump administration's proposal to slash rental assistance. A woman (who I'll call T) wrote, "I'm not sure about this one. My mother is 88 years old and only draws $926 Social Security and $86 retirement ck. She lives in a Section 8 202 property for seniors and disabled and rent based on her income. She really needs this apt." A man (who I'll call C) replied, "Needs to pull up her bootstraps unfortunately instead of sucking up taxpayer dollars." But T didn't like that! She responded, "Wow! She's 88 frail, and has health issues but I guess she can go back to work!! Why would you say that? I do agree that healthy able bodied young people should be off Section 8." C wrote, "Sounds like a lib begging for a government to pay her rent. Not cutout for MAGA." LOL. T replied, "I am 💯 MAGA, voted for Donald Trump 3 times! My mother voted for him, too. Her life story is too detailed to go into here, but I can assure you it is not her fault she is living there. I agree people lie and get benefits they don't deserve." People Have A Lot To Say About This MAGA Supporter Who Regrets Her Vote Now That The Trump Admin Wants To Ban Sugary Food From SNAP
To no one's surprise, we've got yet another regretful Trump voter! Today, it's someone I'll call S who recently made a Facebook post about how she made the wrong choice. Reddit user u/Effective_Space2277 shared a screenshot of the post in the r/LeopardsAteMyFace subreddit, where you can often find Trump voters regretting their votes and people in the comments making the shocked Pikachu face. In her Facebook post, S wrote, "I'll admit it — I voted last election after years of saying my vote wouldn't matter. Between the choices we were given, I chose Trump. And now... I regret it." "My husband and I worked our whole lives, paid into the system like we were supposed to. Now, we're both disabled, can't work, and we're struggling just to survive. Our home is paid off (thankfully), but we're behind on land taxes because they don't take payments. Our power bill is through the roof. We get SNAP, but now I'm reading the Trump administration wants to ban processed foods and sugar on SNAP. If that happens, we won't even be able to afford food for the month." "Let's be real — healthy, non-processed food costs more than what we get in benefits for the entire month. And on top of that, they're trying to force everyone to pay back student loans, while foreigners come here and get free education. Other countries help their citizens. We get punished for getting sick, for needing help, for trying to survive." "So did I make the wrong choice voting for Trump? 100% yes. But looking at the other option... was there ever really a right one?" This Trump Supporter Listed 10 Reasons Why They Regret Their Vote, And People Have NO Sympathy
Welcome back to another episode of leopards eating faces! Today, we've got a MAGA supporter who made a list of 10 reasons why they regret voting for Donald Trump. The list was posted in the r/LeopardsAteMyFace subreddit, where you can often find Trump supporters coming to the conclusion (finally!) that the orange man just miiiiight have been the wrong choice for the country. Let's go through the list one by one: 1."Prices are all rising." From Walmart to Best Buy to Autozone, companies across the board spoke about likely needing to increase consumer prices to cover the cost of Trump's tariffs before he instated a 90-day pause. According to NPR, we can expect more expensive groceries, too, if the pause lifts. Seafood will be hit especially hard since the US imports up to 85% of it. Other imported grocery items that will likely rise in cost include fruit, cheese, nuts, coffee, olive oil, chocolate, beer, and wine. AP also listed clothing, cars, pharmacy orders, electronics, and household appliances as items that will likely see increases. Sooo basically everything! Thanks, Trump! 2."401(k)s are tanking." Following Trump's tariffs and the resultant uncertainty about the future of global trade, last week was officially the worst week for the US stock market since 2020, during the pandemic. IDK about you, but I am NOT having a good time looking at my retirement accounts (which were already behind for my age, TBH). On Wednesday, Trump posted on Truth Social that he authorized a 90-day pause on tariffs, and the market rallied hard — so we'll see what happens in the coming months. 3."We're headed into recession." For the second time in a week (!!!), Goldman Sachs increased our likelihood of a recession. We went from 20% to 35% to now 45%. Economists, analysts, and CEOs are worried, citing uncertainty around the tariffs, retaliatory tariffs from other countries, and plummeting consumer confidence. 4."Musk laying off hardworking Americans." DOGE has reportedly laid off over 280,000 federal workers and contractors so far. March was apparently the third-highest month for job cuts on record — with the top two months being April and May 2020 due to COVID — in large part because of DOGE. 5."DOGE laying off veterans who fought for our country." Thousands of veterans have been laid off by DOGE, and Democrats are demanding that the White House reveal precise numbers. The administration is also reportedly planning to cut over 80,000 jobs from the Department of Veteran Affairs. 6."Soft on Russia; Putin playing Trump like a puppet." Trump has a long, documented relationship with the Russian president and has called him "so nice" on several occasions. Many people pointed out that Russia was missing from the list of countries facing the ridiculous new tariffs. What a surprise! 7."Lost all our allies." While pretty much all of our international relationships are strained right now, Canada is probably the best example. Trump has continually spoken about making the country our 51st state, declared 25% tariffs for no good reason, and motivated many Canadians to boycott American products and cancel vacations here. Prime Minister Mark Carney recently said that Canada's previous relationship with the US is "over." 8."Incompetent idiots running defense." In a scandal that has somehow already blown over (???), Former Fox News host and current Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, along with several other high-ranking officials like Vice President JD Vance and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, seemingly didn't notice Atlantic editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg in the group chat while they messaged about WAR PLANS. Even worse, National Security Advisor Michael Waltz was reportedly the one who invited Jeffrey. 9."Kids dying of measles for first time in a century." This week, a second child died of the recent measles outbreak in Texas. The girl was not vaccinated, and nearly 500 people have been infected in the state this year. finally, "Billionaires paying for votes." Amid a Wisconsin supreme court election, Elon gave out two $1 million checks to voters last month while supporting the conservative candidate, Brad Schimel — who ended up losing to liberal Susan Crawford anyway! During her victory speech, she said, "Our courts are not for sale." 👏👏👏 At the end of the list, the former MAGA supporter wrote, "I now regret my vote for Trump." Obviously, people in the comments had a lot to say about all this! "I'm sorry, but ALL of them were on open display during the campaign trail," u/Selbeast wrote. "None of this should be a surprise to anyone who was paying attention. It was widely predicted that prices would rise because of tariffs, that the stroke stock market would tank, that a recession would become more likely, that our allies would not get along with Trump, that a drunkard of a journalist wasn't a good choice for defense, that anti-vax nonsense would eventually result in an increase in diseases like measles.
