So it makes total sense that she takes things to the next level with her brand new project that you're definitely going to want into your kitchen ASAP: her very first cookbook! Cosmopolitan has an exclusive first-look at Remi Cruz Parsons's Let's Get Cooking: Everyday Meals, Tipsy Favorites, and Comfort Food Cravings, which is set to be released on March 24, 2026. "I'm so excited to officially announce my very first cookbook! Never did I think that filming videos in my bedroom back in high school would lead me here. An Excerpt From Let's Get Cooking: Everyday Meals, Tipsy Favorites, and Comfort Food CravingsBy Remi Cruz Parsons This creamy, spicy udon dish is an elevated version of the viral Tiktok Buldak Spicy Carbonara Ramen I love so much. Of course, you could go to the store and buy Samyang's Buldak prepared Carbonara Hot Sauce. Still, this homemade version is super easy to make, and you can adjust the spice level to suit your taste (Buldak is known for their extremely spicy products!). This rosé sauce gets its kick from two signature Korean seasonings: gochujang and gochugaru. The heavy cream balances out the smoky-sweet spice and melds with the garlic and onions to create a rich, decadent sauce with just enough heat, perfect for coating the udon noodles. I top it all off with crispy pork belly and a soft-boiled egg for the perfect blend of textures and flavors, all in one bite!
