On August 7, the classic denim brand and the pop superstar revealed the final pieces from their year-long partnership in a 90-second movie fittingly called The Denim Cowboy. Queen B, 43, starred in the film alongside actor Timothy Olyphant, 57, to introduce the seven-piece limited edition collection. Each piece includes a Beyoncé x Levi's leather patch. The collaboration was a tribute to her hit song Levii's Jeans, featuring Post Malone. In the ads, Beyoncé shows off the new 501 Curve silhouette, which is quickly selling out. 'The campaign represents a new level and scale of collaboration that has put women at the center of the narrative, and has set in motion a new, iconic chapter in Levi's history that continues to reaffirm the brand's place at the center of culture,' Levi's global CMO Kenny Mitchell said in the press release. Levi's shared images of the Crazy In Love songstress posing in the bedazzled denim on Instagram, including the shrunken denim trucker jacket ($250) paired with the curve denim ($150). The Instagram caption read 'Iconic denim reimagined.' In the now-viral video, Beyoncé wears the new 501 Curve silhouette, which is quickly selling out Fans adored the 'stunning' and 'gorgeous' collaboration, proclaiming, 'THIS is how you sell jeans.' Many people thought the Levi's video promoting the collection secretly dropped hints about Act III, her next album. Act I: Renaissance was released in 2022 and was influenced by Black dance music, specifically house and disco. Act II: Cowboy Carter, came out in on March 29, 2024, and focused on country. Diehard Beyoncé fans have been trying to figure out the genre of the next album ever since, with many hoping for a rock record. One summed it up by saying, 'Arrived on a horse... Left on a motorcycle. Noted,' regarding the genre swap. Another member of the Beyhive explained the video showed she was moving onto the 'rock & roll funk era' and that she would be channeling 'Betty Davis-Chuck Berry-Aretha Franklin.' 'Come on, baby. It's time to rock!' a popular comment read. Fans quickly bought the most popular styles. The curve jeans, which are specifically built with a smaller waist and fuller hip and thigh, sold out in size 34. The 501 Curve Jeans sold out in 32, 33, and 34. The collection also includes bedazzled '90s inspired jeans, a lace-up trucker jacket, and classic vintage inspired T-shirts that reference her song. After Beyoncé dropped her country album, Cowboy Carter last year, the western aesthetic became wildly popular, with the hashtag 'cowboy core' trending on TikTok and gaining millions of views. On the popular re-sale site Depop, there was a rise in searches for cowboy-approved attire following Cowboy Carter's release, including boots and fringe. Beyoncé's former stylist Ty Hunter previously told the Daily Mail that he recommends 'incorporating western elements into your existing wardrobe by mixing them with modern pieces,' like pairing 'a classic cowboy hat with a sleek blazer and jeans.' Luckily, the Diva singer's collaboration is perfect for recreating country of course, it could potentially work for fans who want to bring a little bit of rock and roll into their wardrobes.

Beyoncé's new Levi's jeans ad has the Hive buzzing
Beyoncé, seen here on June 24, 2025, in Paris, has a new music video-style ad for a new collaboration with Levi's. (via CNN Newsource) Beyoncé might have a song titled 'Levii's Jeans,' but her connection to that particular article of clothing just got more formal. Parkwood Entertainment, the superstar singer's company, posted a video titled 'Chapter 4: The Denim Cowboy' to its verified Instagram account on Monday, which amounted to a lavish music video-style ad for a new collaboration between Levi's and Queen Bey. In the clip, Beyoncé she portrays as a pool shark who dons a few 'denim on denim' outfits, paying homage to a lyric in her titular Levi's song which plays over the ad. A few hours later, Levi's posted a series of photos showing Beyoncé wearing what appeared to be the last denim outfit she wore in the video. One thing in the clip stood out to the Beyhive, or Hive, as Beyoncé's devoted fan base is known – while wearing that final outfit, she is seen driving off on a motorcycle at the very end. Since she is seen riding up on a horse at the beginning of the ad, some believe it's a subtle hint that her widely anticipated next album will be a rock-themed one, after her last record, titled 'Cowboy Carter,' arrived last year as a much-hyped country crossover. Fans have pointed to several things they believe have been a hint of what genre her planned 'Act III' album will be, including Beyoncé donning outfits resembling those worn by the late rocker Tina Turner during her recent 'Cowboy Carter Tour.' Beyoncé has been showing off her superstar skills with different genres. Her 'Act I' album, 2022's 'Renaissance,' was disco- and dance music-themed ahead of 'Act II,' which was 'Cowboy Carter.' ‘Reiimagine' progress: How Levi's finds great culture fit, with a hat tip to Beyoncé
When Beyoncé launched the track list to her album Cowboy Carter ahead of its release in March 2024, Levi's chief marketing officer Kenny Mitchell spotted an opportunity. Noticing the song 'Levii's Jeans,' Mitchell moved quickly, renaming the brand's social channels as 'Levii's'—a move that he says paved the way for one of the brand's most ambitious and effective collaborations. It's resulted in a series of ads, a capsule collection, and innumerably viral moments on Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter tour, with the singer wearing custom Levi's throughout. I connected with Mitchell for a wide-ranging conversation where he shared his playbook for the groundbreaking Beyoncé colab, how subcultures can be just as important as mass-market events, why he and Levi's didn't buckle in the face of the pressure for the company to drop its DEI initiatives, and his four-step process for crafting a compelling brand story. How do you identify brand partners? Obviously Beyoncé is part of that, but how else do you try to connect Levi's to the zeitgeist? Often when we show up in culture, it can happen in the form of being adjacent and connected to some of the biggest icons in the world. Beyoncé is a great representation of that.
