The news that Adam was alluding to was the pregnancy of his horse, Lexy, reports Gloucestershire Live. As he approached his horse, he said, "Come on, Alison. Let's hear the news. The suspense is killing me." "Ok, she is in foal," Alison responded as Adam laughed, "There you go. Lexy is in foal, so she had a positive scan?". Alison clarified that the horse has had two scans—one to confirm she is in foal and one to check her heartbeat. "The foal is there with a heartbeat, and that is it," she declared. "That is all we can do now." When asked about the due date of the foal, Alison revealed, "May next year." "What a good girl," Adam beamed, patting the horse on the head. The farmer then led Lexy back to his Cotswold farm. "As you can see, Lexy has settled back in," he told the camera. The Countryfile star's fans were swift to react to the news, with many confessing they were moved. One penned: "They really are a dream come true, aren't they?". Knox County Public Schools announces change to school day length
KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — Knox County schools will be making changes to the school day starting Monday to make up for lost time in the classroom. Knox County Public Schools (KCPS) posted an announcement on Facebook throughout the weekend that starting Monday morning, the school day will begin 10 minutes earlier with buses running earlier than normal and entrances opening at 7:20 a.m. to greet students for dropoff. The day will also end 10 minutes later. The school district has reportedly used 10 NTI days, 18 weather or 'safety' days, and three days with a delayed start or early release during the 2025 school year.
