Are Sean Kaufman and Minnie Mills Dating?
know all about Gavin Casalegno's wife (who looks an awful lot like Belly) and Christopher Briney's girlfriend (who's literally named Isabel), but not nearly enough people are talking about the love life of Belly's brother in The Summer I Turned Pretty. Onscreen, Steven is currently in a ~romantic entanglement~ with Belly's bestie Taylor. However! In real life, actor Sean Kaufman is seeeeeeemingly dating his season one love interest, played by Minnie Mills. Yes, that's right—outside the world of Cousins Beach, Steven and Shayla still going strong. Curious about their whole deal? Same. So let's do a deep dive. Starting with... Filming begins on The Summer I Turned Pretty, which is where Sean and Minnie (presumably) cross paths for the first time. In honor of Sean's 22nd birthday, Minnie posts a photo dump on Instagram and refers to him as her 'best friend'...except the two look like waaaay more than friends in the photos. Cue the romance speculation. Right around the same time, actress Nikol Tsvetanova includes a pic of Sean in a photo dump (see slide 7). More on why this matters in a minute. Minnie posts a poem she wrote to the 'gram, and in her caption, she thanks her 'dearest friend' Sean for giving her the confidence to share. After months of speculation, Sean goes Instagram someone else. At the end of 2022, Sean drops a bunch of photos on IG, which including one of himself with his arm slung around Nikol (swipe to slide 2): Not long after, Nikol confirms their 'ship with a (since-deleted) photo of herself and Sean looking very coupley with the caption, 'An ode to love.' Minnie posts a tribute to her TSITP character Shayla on IG and includes a couple sweet pics of herself and Sean (as well as the hashtag #stevenandshaylaforever). Ahem: During a red carpet interview, Sean mentions that he has a 'girlfriend,' likely referencing Nikol. While it's unclear when/why Sean and Nikol split, fans begin to suspect something going on between him and Minnie again after they took a trip to Cancún with Sean's TSITP costar Christopher and his girlfriend Isabel (who—fun fact—was once roommates with Minnie). Soon after, a source for the Daily Mail confirms Sean and Minnie are 'together and very happy.' Sean and Minnie attend the SANDRO Fall/Winter 2025 Collection Preview in NYC, and Sean shares a cute pic from the event to his Story. The maybe-couple sees BLACKPINK at Citi Field and even grab a photo with Lisa. The two go on what *looks* like a double date with Christopher and Isabel at a NY Liberty Game. Sean and Minnie STILL haven't confirmed whether they're really an item, but the evidence is pretty compelling, no?? Stay tuned for more updates as we have 'em.

New York police search for suspect accused of hitting 12-year-old girl with adult toy at WNBA game
Police in New York are seeking the public's help in identifying a man accused of throwing an adult toy that struck a 12-year-old girl at a Liberty game in Brooklyn earlier this month. NYPD Crime Stoppers posted a video on X on Friday showing the alleged suspect, who is wanted for assault following an incident at a WNBA game on Aug. 5. According to the post, the man "threw an object which struck a 12-year-old female victim in the right leg." CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON Adult toys have been thrown in at least six WNBA games over the last two weeks. The first happened during a game in Atlanta on July 29. It happened for the first time in Chicago on Aug. 1, in Los Angeles last week — nearly hitting Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham — and again in Chicago on Thursday. Sex toys were also reportedly thrown at games in New York and Phoenix on Tuesday last week but did not appear to reach the court. An 18-year-old man was arrested and charged following the incident in Phoenix. A man in Georgia was also arrested in connection with the first incident in Atlanta. The Liberty did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but a spokesperson told NBC New York that they are working with police. "All we can share right now is that there is an ongoing investigation and that we are cooperating with law enforcement," the spokesperson said. The WNBA has taken an active approach to obscene behavior at its games, threatening legal action and prosecution, a league spokesperson recently told Fox News Digital in a statement on Friday. "The safety of everyone in our arenas remains a top priority. We are working closely with local and federal law enforcement to pursue all appropriate actions — including arrest and prosecution with felony charges where applicable — against anyone engaged in this conduct or otherwise involved in sponsoring this reckless and unacceptable behavior," the statement read. An anonymous person connected to a crypto group has claimed responsibility for at least some of the incidents, but the WNBA did not respond to requests for comment regarding the validity of those claims.
