Menfi receives invitation from Japan to the 9th International Conference on African Development
Head of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Menfi, has received an official invitation from Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba to participate in the activities of the 9th International Conference on African Development (TICAD 9), scheduled to be held next August.
The invitation was delivered by the Japanese Ambassador to Libya, Shimura Izaura in an official meeting during which prospects for bilateral cooperation were discussed.
