Prime Video adds all episodes of 'incredible' crime drama fans demand a reboot of

Some fans think now is a good time to bring the show back Lie To me teaser trailer Prime Video has added all episodes of an 'incredible' crime drama fans think should get a reboot. ‌ The entire series of Lie To Me is now available to stream on the retail giant's platform. This is after the third and final season was recently included as part of its library. ‌ Those without an Amazon Prime subscription can also binge the series on Disney Plus. The series was initially broadcast between 2009 and 2011, with some believing it wasn't able to reach its full potential. ‌ The show's premise is actually based on real world psychological research. Notably those conducted by American psychologist Paul Ekman. It follows Dr. Cal Lightman, played by Tim Roth, along with his colleagues as they accept assignments from local and federal law enforcement agencies, and assist in investigations to reach out to the truth. Lightman, is a deception expert who analyses facial expressions and body language to uncover lies and help law enforcement solve crimes. ‌ Critics weren't too impressed with the show when it first aired but many fans look back on it fondly. So much in fact that one shared on Reddit how they believed it was the right time to reboot the series. They posted: " I'm watching Lie to Me at the moment and it annoys me that a show with such a promising premise has so many mediocre moments. With all the attention lately to how Criminals act and talk (What pretending to be crazy looks like) it might be a good time for a reboot." ‌ Someone else agreed, however they argued: "I would only watch a reboot if Tim Roth was still the main character. He was too good at infuriating and obnoxious. He's awesome on Tin Star." Many viewers who enjoy and recommend the show, single out Roth's performance. They also highlight the use of actual scientific research as the strongest part of the show. ‌ One person, sharing their thoughts online, commented: "Very interesting, it has that Doctor House vibe with an intelligent but distrusting guy. It keeps you engaged to the screen, not knowing what to expect." Another said: "This show is incredible. Tim Roth's performance is top notch. I love the premise of this show. A human lie detector. Tim really brings this show to life. I can't believe the show ended with only three seasons. His character and the way he is portrayed is engaging and highly addictive. I can't recommend this show high enough. Once you watch a few episodes, you can't put it down." While someone else posted: "Excellent show! I wish there were 10 (or 17, like Grey's Anatomy) seasons of it!! I don't ordinarily care for Tim Roth, but he is quite convincing as Cal Lightman. Everyone in the cast is outstanding and believable."
