Opera GX's Latest Update Adds Split Tabs, Tab Islands, and Bluesky to the Sidebar
Side-by-side tabs boost productivity. Tab Islands organized cluttered sessions. Bluesky is now in the GX, the browser built with gamers in mind, just got its first big upgrade of the year. The update introduces several features designed to make it easier to manage tabs, especially during high-focus tasks like gaming, streaming, or research. You can now retrace your last five steps to access visited pages and group related tabs into collapsible Tab Islands, a feature also recently added to Opera for Android. You can also now decorate tabs with emojis for fast visual recognition and view two tabs at once using a new split-screen mode. So, jumping between walkthrough videos and forums is now much easier. This update also brings Bluesky integration right into the sidebar, joining other apps like Discord, Twitch, and TikTok for seamless multitasking. Most features are live now, with a few available under the Early Bird option in the browser's settings. These services are available in 260 cities, whether you're staying in an Airbnb or not. The company also relaunched Airbnb Experiences, which is a lineup of curated activities in 650 cities. Experiences range from food and gallery tours to celebrity-hosted events. AirPlay Not Working? Here's What You Need to Check on Your Devices
AirPlay offers easy wireless streaming from your iPad, iPhone, or Mac to a compatible smart TV. This feature seems to work magically, but why does AirPlay not work sometimes? The issue usually involves various connection problems on your network or between devices. When AirPlay doesn't seem to be working, try these troubleshooting steps to resolve streaming or screen mirroring issues from your Apple devices. Update your Apple operating system. Make sure to update your Mac, iPhone, and your TV (if using one) to the most recent version. System updates can offer a necessary reset. Make sure your devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. Use Control Center, Settings, or System Settings to confirm the network connection for your iPad, iPhone, or the Wi-Fi network on your Apple TV from Settings > Network (for the 4th generation Apple TV or later) or General > Network (for earlier versions of Apple TV).Confirm AirPlay is enabled on your TV. In the Apple TV Settings app, verify AirPlay is active by going to Settings > AirPlay and HomeKit > AirPlay-compatible TVs, locate AirPlay controls from your device's access settings on Apple TV. If you're using AirPlay with an Apple TV, double-check AirPlay access from Settings > AirPlay and HomeKit > Allow access is password-protected, AirPlay streaming won't work unless you know the your iPhone. Or, if you're using your iPad or Mac, restart those devices along with your Apple TVs, this process means disconnecting it from the power outlet or unplugging the cord from the back of the Apple TV. Plug the cord back in after a few seconds and try again once the TV's connected to your router. In rare instances, the router itself becomes the issue and requires rebooting. If you don't see an on/off switch on the back of the router, unplug it from the outlet, wait a few seconds and then plug it in takes several minutes for a router to boot up and reconnect to the internet. Usually, you know when it is connected because the lights flicker. Many routers also have a network light to show you when the internet connection is works through the Wi-Fi network, so both devices must be on the same network for the feature to work. If they aren't on the same network (or the Wi-Fi is not working), AirPlay won't work either. Other common culprits include operating system updates or AirPlay settings on an Apple or AirPlay-compatible TV. Apple's Foldable iPhone: A Price Tag That'll Shock You
The foldable iPhone is predicted to cost $2,000 or more. It could open to a 7.8-inch screen with a 5.5-inch folded screen. Apple seems to be working on a crease-free you think Apple's products are pricey, wait till you hear how much both analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and Apple rumor Mark Gurman expect the iPhone Fold to cost. Both predict the new device, which is rumored to release sometime in 2026 will cost $2,000-$2,500. Kuo expects the folding iPhone to have a book-style hinge, opening to a 7.8-inch display, with an exterior display (when folded) of about 5.5 inches. The question on our minds, though, is can Apple make this display so it stays crease free throughout the life of the phone? Who knows. Maybe that's why it's still a rumor and not an actual device.
