Nikki Hsieh assures all is well with Wang Po-chieh
6 May - Nikki Hsieh recently assured that everything is well with her and Wang Po-chieh, following multiple reports about breakup and engagement. Nikki, who started dating Wang after working together in the TV series "Light the Night" in 2021, sparked breakup rumour last year before they were reported to have patched things up in March and got engaged. This was after the actress posted a photo of a wedding ring on Instagram Story that she immediately deleted. When asked about the breakup and the supposed engagement during an appearance to promote her new drama, Nikki said that she and Wang are doing fine and that she is thankful for everybody's concern. "In fact, this is something that happens between a couple. It's nothing. It seems that there is no need to tell everyone in so much detail," she said. As to whether they are still in a relationship, she responded, "Yes". Regarding the photo of the diamond ring that she quickly deleted in March, she said, "I just posted it randomly, it's nothing... That wasn't my hand! There was no [proposal]." (Photo Source: Sin Chew, Mirror Media)

Seeing red lights in your town? Here's what they mean
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Homes and landmarks across the country are glowing red this week in support of fallen firefighters and their families, and Arkansans are being encouraged to join the tribute. The National Fallen Firefighters Foundation launched the annual 'Light the Night' initiative to mark the 25th anniversary of the foundation and to commemorate the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend, according to their website. The event runs through Sunday, May 4, with participants lighting their homes, buildings and public spaces in red each night to honor those who gave their lives in the line of duty. Arkansas State Police reminds drivers that May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month '[The lights] show them that people are still remembering and supporting them in a time of need or when they were going through a tragic event,' Patti Mulford with the Fayetteville Fire Department said. To take part, visit the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation website and fill out a form. Registration is open through Sunday.
