Gunfire in Linda Vista leaves multiple vehicles damaged
SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego Police officers were called to a Linda Vista neighborhood early Sunday for reports of dozens of gunshots that hit some vehicles in the area.
San Diego Police received reports of around 30 to 40 gunshots that were heard around 2:35 a.m. Sunday in a neighborhood in the 6600 block of Tait Avenue in Linda Vista.
Investigation underway after fatal police shooting in Ocean Beach
The police department reports some of the bullets hit more than one vehicle in the area, and that officers were checking local hospitals looking for any gunshot victims that might have arrived on their own.
As of Sunday evening, police have not arrested anyone in connection to the incident and there are no known victims.
