Rachel Kolisi recently took to Instagram to share a glimpse into the 18th birthday celebration of Siya Kolisi's younger sister, Liphelo Madlingozi. The family celebrated at a sushi restaurant in Cape Town on Wednesday, August 13. A beaming Rachel shared a video of Liphelo's grand reveal of her dress on TikTok. Rachel stands beside a white Mercedes Benz and opens her arms as she kneels awaiting Liphelo's entrance. The 17-year-old then appears dressed in a black boob tube dress with a daring slit. In one of her Instagram Stories, Rachel revealed that her stylist Gina Berret of Style Rotate was assisting with Liphelo's matric dance look. Rachel's video has already amassed 1 million views on TikTok, with many praising the relationship between Rachel and Liphelo.

'Beautiful': Rachel Kolisi emotional over Siya's sister's matric dance
Rachel Kolisi gave her followers a look inside Liphelo, her estranged husband Siya Kolisi's sister, getting ready for her matric dance. Springboks captain Siya Kolisi's estranged wife, Rachel Kolisi expressed how emotional she was as his sister prepared for her matric dance. Siya and Rachel adopted his two siblings – Liyema and Liphelo in 2014. The Springboks captain shares a mom with his siblings, who tragically passed away, leaving them bouncing from orphanages until Rachel and Siya had adopted them. It's been just over 10 years since then and Rachel has been a mother figure to both Liyema and Liphelo. As Liphelo prepared for her matric dance, Rachel expressed that she thought Liphelo was so beautiful and she wanted to cry. This is likely to be because she is now all grown up. Rachel and Siya shocked South Africans with the news of their split in October 2024 and have rarely been seen together since. Over their first festive season since their split, it seemed their two kids – Keziah and Nicholas as well as Liyema and Liphelo spent Christmas with Rachel and New Year's exploring a new country with Siya. However, Rachel has kept a close bond with Siya's siblings even after announcing her divorce from Siya. While Liyema is now a working man, Rachel seems especially close to Liphelo, who is often featured in her TikTok videos.
