Address Hotels + Resorts Partners with Seedra to Launch an Exquisite 'Whispers of Honey' Afternoon Tea
This summer, Address Hotels & Resorts teams up with Seedra, under the Emirates International Agricultural Advanced Company, to bring you 'Whispers of Honey' Afternoon Tea with a twist, one that's sweet, chic, and dripping in golden goodness. From June 2 to August 31, honey takes the spotlight at five of Dubai's most iconic destinations: Address Downtown, Address Dubai Mall, Address Creek Harbour, Palace Downtown, and Palace Dubai Creek Harbour.
Born from a shared love of craftsmanship, sustainability, and a touch of flair, this collaboration marries Address Hotels' timeless charm with Seedra's locally produced, ultra-premium honey. These aren't your average bees. Seedra is all about ethical beekeeping, organic innovation, and preserving nature's groove. It's the kind of partnership that feels as good as it tastes, delighting both the palate and the planet.
On the menu? A whimsical lineup of artisanal savouries, delicate pastries, and bespoke teas all dancing with the bold personalities of eight unique honey varieties. Expect to indulge in Bruschetta with Buffalo Kaymak and Seedra Honeycomb, a Lobster Roll with Ginger Honey Glaze, Smoked Salmon Roll with Oscietra Caviar, Turkey Ham and Cheese with Mango Honey Mustard, and a Vegetarian Tramezzino with Pumpkin and Pomegranate. Sweet finales include a Lemon Basil Tart with Yuzu and Ginger Honey, Chocolate Mousse with Tonka Crème Brûlée, Sesame Honey Ganache with Sesame Praliné, Pistachio Ganache with Orange Honey Jam, and a Flower Honey Cake with Apricot Compote. Each dish is thoughtfully infused with characterful notes from eight distinct honey varieties, including Sidr, Samr, Ginger, Mango, Turmeric, and Blueberry honey glazes that shine, sauces that sing, and flavours that flirt with your senses.
