Missing dad found dead in creek after crash, Oklahoma family says. ‘A great man'

A family is mourning after a 44-year-old man went missing and was later found dead at a crash site in rural Oklahoma, according to officials. Brandon Millikan was last seen driving his bright green Jeep Wrangler near Highway 33 on May 14, the Logan County Sheriff's Office said, asking the public to keep an eye out. 'The last time any of us had spoke to him was 1:30. After that conversation it was silent. We haven't heard from him, haven't seen him, nothing,' his daughter, Hannah Millikan, wrote in a Facebook post. 'I've personally been driving all over backroads, I haven't found anything. Please keep our family in your prayers during this hard time and please help bring our dad home,' she wrote. Brandon Millikan and his Jeep were found May 16, the sheriff's office said, but he had apparently crashed and died from his injuries. It's unclear what caused the crash, according to the state Highway Patrol, but Brandon Millikan's Jeep left the road, overturned and landed upside down in a creek, outlets reported. 'My family and I are at a loss and absolutely heartbroken. My father was a great man and loving husband and father,' Hannah Millikan wrote. Logan county is about a 40-mile drive north from Oklahoma City.
