But with the long hours of filming over, the former Marine has taken to Instagram to share a heartwarming video featuring his son, Dylan.
The pair can be seen trekking through a Lone Elk Park in St Louis to the sound of Tears For Fears' Everybody Wants To Rule The World.
In the clip, Rudy shows off various wildlife whilst filming sweet interactions with his son, encouraging him throughout the trail.
He captioned the post: 'A Recon Marine and His Son in Nature.
'My Best Sunday in a Long Time. Love U Dylan and have missed U. #familytime'
The military veteran also has a daughter called Bella from a past relationship.
Earlier this year, Rudy split from his fiancée Jade Struck, 25.
The charismatic reality star confirmed the split in a surprise exchange with a follower who asked if Jade was in the UK with him after he spent a few days in London.
The now deleted response saw Rudy write: "We are not together anymore sadly but I take every opportunity for growth and improvement."
The devastated fan replied: "Oh Rudy, I'm so so sorry to hear that. You always looked such a gorgeous lovely couple."

The Sun contacted a representative for Rudy for comment.
Rudy and gun instructor Jade, who voices the character Iskra in the popular Call of Duty videogame franchise, got engaged in 2020.
They lived together in California and shared a passion for fitness, guns and often looked loved-up on social media.
In 2023, Jade told Hook & Barrel of her love life: "I need someone who has a lot of confidence and who's proud of what I'm doing.
"I'm about my work, and I never let my relationships affect my work."
She also revealed she helped train Halle Berry for her role in John Wick 3: Parabellum, saying: "The director came to me and told me, 'I want her to be better than you.'
"I knew that it would take one hell of a student, but Halle just exuded the drive to be the best.
"To see her growth over the course of our work was fun to watch. Working with Halle was everything."
Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins continues Sunday at 9pm on Channel 4.
