More concrete roads set to be built in Transport Nagar
Ludhiana: A project to construct concrete roads in ward 30 of Transport Nagar was inaugurated by MLA (Ludhiana Central) Ashok Prashar Pappi and mayor Inderjit Kaur Saturday. Councillor Nikku Bharti was also present with them.

The said project is being undertaken at an estimated cost of Rs 71 lakh. Prashar said such roads were built in Transport Nagar in the past too, and the remaining areas there will also be covered now. The decision to build concrete roads in Transport Nagar was taken after a feedback from the transporters, taking into account the movement of heavy vehicles in the area. tnn
