Walmart Deals of the Day: Score the Top-Rated M2 iPad Air for $100 Off
Walmart sells just about everything, from top tech to home goods, and if you spend some time combing through its deals page, it's almost always offering some serious bargains. Unfortunately, the best offers are typically buried among some less-than-exceptional deals, which can make them pretty tough to find. Fortunately, CNET has got your back, and our dedicated deals team is scouring hundreds of discounts to bring you the very best each day. For today, Feb. 25, that includes a $100 discount on the top-rated M2 iPad Air, along with a hybrid Shark vacuum and mop that you can snag for over half off and the Cricut Explore Air 2 starter bundle for $80 off that's perfect for arts and crafts enthusiasts. M2 iPad Air: $599 (save $100) See at Walmart The M2 model is the latest in Apple's lightweight iPad Air lineup, and one of the best tablets on the market in 2025. It's our top pick for students and creatives, with our reviewer hailing it as an excellent alternative to the much pricier iPad Pro. It features a stunning 11-inch Liquid Retina display and it's compatible with the Apple Pencil Pro, which makes it great for sketching, editing photos and more. On the inside, it features an M2 processor, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The 13-inch configurations are also $100 off if you want to upgrade to a larger screen. Shark VacMop: $49 (save $51) See at Walmart This cordless two-in-one Shark vacuum is an easy way to keep your floors clean. It has powerful suction to handle debris, as well as a built-in sprayer and disposable mop pads for wet and stuck-on messes. It weighs in at less than 3.5 pounds, which means it's easy to maneuver and carry up and down the stairs. Plus, you can dispose of the mop pads with the touch of a button, so there's no need to get your hands dirty. This deal comes with two mop pads and a multi-surface cleaning solution. Cricut Explore Air 2 starter bundle: $149 (save $80) See at Walmart The Cricut Explore Air 2 die cutter allows you to make custom T-shirts, mugs, stationary and much more, and this bundle deal comes with everything you need to start creating. You get the Explore Air 2 machine itself, along with a cutting mat, spatula, weeder, scraping tool and two rolls of transfer tape. You also get tons of both permanent and removable vinyl samples, so you can decide which colors you like and want to order again.

Buy the Apple 13-Inch M2 iPad Air and Get a Free Cellular Upgrade
We've long been fans of Apple's iPad lineup and its devices regularly have a home on our list of the best tablets that money can buy. The latest M2 iPad Air is a tablet with a lot going for it, not least a fast chip and a gorgeous display. This deal gets you the biggest one, a 13-inch monster of a device that's perfect for consuming and creating content alike. Even better, if you order yours from Amazon you'll get what amounts to a free upgrade to the cellular version -- it's now just $799, $150 less than usual and the same price as the noncellular variant usually goes for. There are, however, some things to note. The main one is that this deal is only available on the blue iPad Air right now, which is fine because it's arguably the best one. This level of discount only applies to the 128GB version as well, but these prices can change at a moment's notice so be sure to check the other colors and storage capacities before ordering just to be sure. Finally, we don't know how long Amazon intends to keep this price around so keep that in mind, too. Hey, did you know? CNET Deals texts are free, easy and save you money. Now, the good news -- the iPad Air is pretty great. It sports the M2 chip that until recently powered the iPad Pro, so that should tell you a lot about its processing prowess. There's also support for Touch ID as well as the aforementioned cellular connectivity, while Wi-Fi 6E handles wireless connections when you're near a router. Other features of note include that huge 13-inch Liquid Retina display as well as an all-day battery life that ensures you won't need to reach for the USB-C cable too often. The iPad Air might not be the cheapest tablet in Apple's lineup, and it's expensive compared to a ton of Android alternatives. But it's a stunning bit of kit that can play the latest games with ease and slides into a bag like it was never even there. Today's price is a match for the lowest this particular model has ever gone, so if a new iPad is on your shopping list and cellular connectivity can be of use, you really shouldn't have gotten this far -- just order the thing already.

Best Apple Pencil Deals: Upgrade Your iPad Experience With These Stylus Discounts
We're huge fans of Apple's iPad lineup and we don't think that it's at all controversial to say that. The iPad lineup consists of some of the best tablets money can buy, and you can really upgrade your experience by picking up an Apple Pencil to go with it. Apple offers a few different stylus options, and although not all work with each of its iPads, there should still be something for everyone. They aren't cheap, unfortunately, but they do offer features that aren't usually available anywhere else. Hey, did you know? CNET Deals texts are free, easy and save you money. There are now four Apple Pencil models to choose from, with prices normally starting at $79. You don't have to go with the Apple logo if you don't want to, but no matter which stylus you choose, there's no reason to overpay. We've rounded up all the best bargains so you can get the right product at the right price. Before you buy, just be sure to confirm that your chosen Apple Pencil or third-party stylus is compatible with your particular iPad. The brand-new Apple Pencil Pro is now here and is compatible with the latest M4 iPad Pro and M2 iPad Air. Both of the new tablets offer upgraded features, but the new Apple Pencil Pro brings with it its own array of improvements. The Apple Pencil Pro includes support for a new squeeze gesture that can be used to quickly open the tools palette, while a barrel roll gesture lets you twist the Apple Pencil Pro to change how lines are drawn. Note that the Apple Pencil Pro is only compatible with the M4 iPad Pro and M2 iPad Air. The brand-new Apple Pencil Pro is compatible with the latest M4 iPad Pro and M2 iPad Air only, but it includes new features such as squeeze and barrel roll gestures for improved and speedier tool selection and interactions. See at Amazon Apple's first-gen Apple Pencil was released in November 2015 and has stuck around since then. At its debut, it worked only with the first iPad Pro model before support was added to others. It has a Lightning connector built into the end for charging the Apple Pencil right from your iPad, and it has a removable tip that can be changed after your current one starts to get worn down. The first-gen Apple Pencil is compatible with all pre-2018 iPad Pro models, the iPad Air 3, the iPad Mini 2019 and all base-model iPads since 2018. It's also the one used with the 2022 10th-gen iPad. Awkwardly, there are two versions of the first-gen Apple Pencil for sale at most retailers: one with a Lightning adapter and one with a USB-C adapter. Other than the adapter, the Apple Pencil is exactly the same, so the deciding factor between them is purely how you wish to charge the device. The USB-C version hasn't been on the market as long and tends not to be discounted. Here are the best first-gen Pencil deals you can buy right now. The second-gen Apple Pencil launched in October 2018 alongside the third-gen iPad Pro. While they look similar on the surface, there are quite a few differences between the two stylus models. One big difference is that the Apple Pencil 2 charges magnetically while attached to newer iPads, meaning there's no Lightning connector. The design is slightly refined as well, with one flat side that's used to charge and a sensor near the tip that enables double-tap features. The second-gen Apple Pencil works with 11- and 12.9-inch iPad Pros (2018 and later models except for the M4 model), as well as newer iPad Air models (2020 and 2022, but not the M2 iPad Air) and the iPad Mini 6. Here are the best Apple Pencil 2 deals you can get right now. The Apple Pencil goes USB-C with this new, more affordable option that still attaches to the side of some iPads magnetically but doesn't charge that way. Instead, a sliding cap reveals a hidden USB-C port for plugging in a cable to charge. This is Apple's latest stylus that sits somewhere between the other options, taking some features from each. It has tilt sensitivity, low latency use and pressure sensitivity but misses out on things like wireless charging and the iPad Pro's hover feature. In terms of compatibility, the newest Apple Pencil works with all iPad models that have a USB-C port, including the iPad Pro, iPad Air and iPad Mini. The USB-C Apple Pencil is the most affordable yet and is compatible with all USB-C iPads. It comes with its own charging port. See at Amazon The Apple Pencil offers one of the best experiences when paired with the iPad, but it may not be the best choice for everyone. There are cheaper alternatives. Here are some of the best ones that are on sale right now. Zagg's Pro Stylus 2 has been upgraded with wireless charging and a bunch of new colors. It has Apple Pencil-like palm rejection and tilt recognition, plus a round capacitive tip on the back. It lasts for 6 hours per charge and can be magnetically attached to your iPad. See at Amazon Zagg's Pro stylus also offers an Apple Pencil-like experience for less. It has palm rejection and tilt-recognition tech like Apple's version, offers automatic pairing and even attaches magnetically to the side of your iPad Pro or iPad Air (although you'll need to charge it via USB-C). It's down to $40 right now. See at Amazon Adonit's Dash 3 stylus offers a paper-like drag for a more natural writing and drawing experience. It's capacitive so there's no need to connect via Bluetooth, and it offers up to 14 hours of continuous usage. Save $10 when you pick it up from Adonit directly. See at Adonit The decision here is simple: You have to buy the one that's compatible with your iPad. Apple doesn't let you pick which Apple Pencil you want to use with which iPad. Instead, iPads are only compatible with a specific model of the Apple Pencil. As outlined above, the original Apple Pencil works with the first- and second-gen 12.9-inch iPad Pro, 10.5-inch iPad Pro, 9.7-inch iPad Pro, iPad Air 3 and fifth-gen iPad Mini, and all of the base-model iPads since the sixth-gen model. If you have a newer iPad Pro, fourth- or fifth-gen iPad Air or sixth-gen iPad Mini, you'll need to opt for the Apple Pencil 2. If you want to avoid this confusion, you can select from one of the non-Apple alternatives listed above, which generally have broader compatibility.

And if you plan on using your tablet as a substitute for a laptop, it'll work for that, too," explains Mashable Shopping Reporter Samantha Mangino. In Mashable's testing, the M2 iPad Air got over 13 hours of battery life.
