The glamorous blonde once partied with Playboy icon Hugh Hefner, starred in a Nicki Minaj music video and lived a fast-paced Hollywood lifestyle before returning home to cause chaos on the small screen.
Photos exclusively obtained by Daily Mail show the glamorous blonde photographed inside the Playboy Mansion, posing alongside the late publishing mogul.
Wearing a plunging black corset under a cropped denim jacket, Gia smiled next to the Playboy founder during what appeared to be one of his infamous parties.
Gia also landed cameos in high-profile music videos, including French Montana featuring Nicki Minaj's 'Freaks' and Gillespie's 'Take Me Back' – both filmed while she was based in Hollywood.
In one scene from Freaks, she can be spotted dancing in a neon-lit club among a group of scantily clad performers, complete with voluminous hair, full glam and a figure-hugging outfit.
Sources say Gia's LA years were filled with red carpet appearances, celebrity encounters and 'very wild' parties.
Back in Australia, Gia has built a reputation for her bold style, outspoken personality and elaborate body art.

Gia will be matched with fellow tattooed contestant Scott McCristal, 30, a former reality TV contestant who has appeared on Million Dollar Island and Holey Moley.
The Melbourne-based businessman runs three ventures - A Lend Finance, Jetski United and McCristal Motors – and boasts more than 25,000 Instagram followers.
'They're both huge personalities,' another source said of the couple.
'It's explosive. There are blow-ups, big emotions and some serious chemistry. Viewers are either going to love them or hate them – but no one will be able to look away.'
Friends say Gia is more than just her glamorous exterior.
'She's wild, sure, but she's also incredibly caring and protective of the people she loves,' a close friend said.
