Man who escaped MFNPS custody last seen in Portage la Prairie: RCMP
Manitoba RCMP are on the lookout for a man who escaped the custody of the Manitoba First Nation Police Service Thursday night and was last seen in Portage la Prairie. Anyone who spots the escaped man or has information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911, Portage RCMP at 204-837-4445 or MFNPS at 204-843-7700.

RCMP searching for man who escaped police custody
The Manitoba RCMP is helping in the search of a man who escaped custody of the Manitoba First Nations Police Service (MFNPS) on Thursday night. Byron Roulette, who was arrested by the MFNPS earlier on Thursday, was last seen around 7:30 p.m. in the 500 block of 5th Street SE in Portage la Prairie, Man. Police said Roulette, 26 is handcuffed, has blood stains on his shoes and is wearing grey-brown shorts. He is also believed to be shirtless. If you see Roulette, call 911 immediately and do not approach him. RCMP noted there is a large police presence around 5th Street SE and Queens Avenue in Portage la Prairie as police search for the missing suspect. Portage la Prairie residents are asked to be on the lookout and report any suspicious activity. Anyone with information on Roulette's location is asked to call 911, the RCMP at 204-857-4445 or the MFNPS at 204-843-7700.
