Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 Merit List Out: 60,021 candidates qualify for counselling
Maharashtra NEET 2025 Round 1 Merit List: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) Cell on August 8 released the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) provisional merit list for MBBS and BDS courses under Group A. Candidates can check the Maharashtra NEET UG merit list at A total of 60,021 candidates have become eligible to participate in the counselling process and take admission to MBBS and BDS programmes. The Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 merit list has been prepared on the basis of the information provided by candidates during the registration process. As per the updated NEET UG counselling schedule, candidates can do the choice filling between August 8 and 11, 2025. The seat allotment result will be declared on August 13. Candidates who are allotted seats will have to mandatorily report to their respective institutes for physical joining between August 14 and August 22 (except August 15 and 16). According to the official notice, candidates under the NRI quota will be considered for admission only after approval from the Admission Regulating Authority (ARA). Those applying under the PwD category will be deemed eligible after verification by the Medical Board. Candidates claiming constitutional or specified reservation categories must submit valid documents to avail of the benefits. The candidates will have to first self-verify the seat allotment made to them in the CAP round I by accepting declaration through their login and certifying that their claim related to qualifying marks, category, gender, reservation, specific reservation etc. made by the candidate in the application form are correct and relevant documents uploaded to substantiate the claims are authentic and correct. Candidates who have the allotted other than first preference and self-froze their allotment in Round I through their login must accept the seat and shall pay seat acceptance fees throughonline mode. Such candidates shall not be eligible for participation in subsequent Rounds. Candidates who have allotted other than first preference and want betterment in the subsequent rounds must claim the allotted seat in Round I by accepting that seat by choosing the 'Not Freeze' option for betterment and shall pay the seat acceptance fee through their login by online mode.
