LOS ANGELES – FOX Sports took home seven wins across a variety of prestigious categories as The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences presented its 46th Annual Sports Emmy® Awards on Tuesday evening in New York City.
FOX Sports' MLB coverage earned top honors, with its MLB Postseason studio programming winning Outstanding Studio Show – Limited Run, a testament to the network's expert analysis and production. Additionally, the network was recognized for its special presentation of MLB at Rickwood Field: A Tribute to the Negro Leagues, which earned Outstanding Live Special – Non-Championship Event , underscoring FOX Sports' commitment to storytelling and honoring the game's rich history.
Additionally, Joe Davis, FOX MLB and FOX NFL play-by-play announcer, was honored with his first-ever Sports Emmy® in the category of Outstanding Personality – Play-By-Play for his tremendous work last season.
FOX NFL was honored with a pair of awards, including Outstanding Music Direction for Lady Gaga's special performance of 'Hold My Hand' at Super Bowl LIX, and Outstanding Public Service Content for the powerful feature 'Somebody,' which aired at this year's NFC Championship.
In recognition of the network's exceptional behind-the-scenes work, FOX Sports was awarded Outstanding Camera Work – Short Form for NFL Films presents 'Shots of the Year' on FS1.
Demonstrating continued innovation in the digital space, FOX Sports and Cosm were honored with Outstanding Digital Innovation , showcasing the network's commitment to pushing the boundaries in technology and sports media.
As part of the evening's accolades, FOX Sports founding president and Emmy® Award-winning sports producer, David Hill, was presented with Lifetime Achievement honors in recognition of his outstanding contributions to sports broadcasting.
