NEW YORK -- The number of wealthy people relocating across borders is forecast to reach an all-time high this year, with the U.S. remaining a favorite destination despite a crackdown on illegal immigration.
Cindy, along with her husband Leo and son Jack, left Vietnam to move to U.S., which granted them visas in 2022. The family has received permanent residency and will be eligible for citizenship in two years.
