Varsity students block deteriorating state highway, demand immediate repairs

Dibrugarh: Students of Madhabdev University in Lakhimpur blocked the state highway on Saturday, expressing their frustration over the severely deteriorating condition of the road, which connects Narayanpur to the university, reports Rajib Dutta.
The protest, organized under the banner of the Madhabdev University Students' Union (MUSU), involved hundreds of students carrying placards and banners, and raising slogans against the state govt for its alleged neglect of the highway.
