The hearing that has been postponed to June will also include two more defendants alongside Taeil are all facing the same issue at hand. Taeil is under fire for assault allegations The idol was initially booked last year in June when the victim came forward to the public about the issue. After investigation from the police, the idol was summoned for the first time in August, and the news spread about the allegations that have been shared against the idol. The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office's Women and Children's Crime Investigation Division 1 had initially indicted and charged Taeil and the other two defendants involved on charges of sexual assault. The three perpetrators were never detained, as the court had ruled in their favour, saying that admitting the crime themselves cited them as having a low possibility of running away. It was also shared that Taeil had ignored the first summons from the court, as he had issued a statement as well as a medical notice to the lawyers. He shared that he was unable to attend due to medical reasons. The other two defendants were, however, present at the court hearing.
