Bahraini Leader Wins Arab Women Excellence Award for Community Development
Dr. Maha Saleh Hussain Al Shehab, a former member of the Board of Trustees at the Bahrain Institute for Political Development, has been awarded the Arab Women Excellence Award 2025 in the field of community development.
The honor, now in its fifth edition, was presented by the Arab Women Committee of the League of Arab States after Dr. Al Shehab was nominated by Bahrain's Supreme Council for Women and selected by the award's judging panel.
The award celebrates Arab women who make a significant impact in their communities and encourages both government and private institutions to support female leadership.
